Welcome to the New River Valley (NRV) Energy Medicine website. This site has been developed as an outreach vehicle to meet the needs of many of you who are suffering from various health dis-eases and have made the choice to take a holistic approach to your health and wellness.
We specialize in eliminating pain and health imbalances through the use of Shiatsu Therapy, Nutritional Counseling and through the use of Proprietary Remedies. Both Shiatsu Therapy and our Proprietary Remedies have a foundation rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Shiatsu commonly uses finger, palm and knee pressure applied to the body to relieve pain, reduce stress and to balance the emotions.
In conjunction with the Shiatsu, we make safe and effective Proprietary Remedies that relieve symptoms of many diseases such as chronic pain, arthritis, tumors, fibroids, cancer, migraines, multiple sclerosis, gout and hot flashes.
Complementing the aforementioned services is our Whole Body Health Assessment and Nutritional Counseling. This ensemble of holistic modalities include: Iridology (Iris Analysis), Muscle Response Testing (Kinesiology) and Nutritional Counseling. It is designed to identify imbalances in the body and assist in the self-healing process through the use of a combination of nutrition, herbs, Bach Flower Remedies, tinctures and lifestyle enhancements.
We have relocated our office to the beautiful New River Valley, serving Floyd, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford and Roanoke. The NRV is an energetically vibrant area of SW Virginia. We were formerly organized as the Seven Oaks Wellness Center, located in Odenton, MD, treating clients in the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington corridors. We are located at the Healing Tree Wellness Center, 132 Christiansburg Pike, Floyd, VA. Please plan to visit us in the near future to take advantage of our full offering of services. For those outside of the area who are unable to visit, we offer remote services from this site. We also share a few pictures of the NRV that show a snapshot of God’s splendor that we enjoy every day.
